With 2 NHS tests of TSH above range you should be offered and accept treatment. If this was a private test (unless its MMH which is an NHS lab) they may not accept those results and want to rerun their own test.
Presumably the thyroid antibodies tested were TPO . Although these were negative there are also Tg antibodies that private labs will check (other than MMH). You may still have autoimmune thyroid disease with further tests.
Will the lab rerun the B12 & ferritin? Its really important to test those and take care not to squeeze the finger when taking blood with the finger prick test. Do all the prep beforehand to get blood flowing such as drinking lots of water and light exercises.
Your folate is too low but best to wait and see what the B12 result is before supplementing.
My triglycerides are slightly high also. I've been reading up raised tsh can contribute to this ? Do you know anything about this please ? I do not eat any meat at all.
I see no one has replied to your last question. It’s a good question and you may get some useful replies if you post again with High Triglycerides as your heading.
I know that hypothyroidism causes high cholesterol which will come down naturally if you are on adequate thyroid hormone replacement (this happened to me) but I’m not knowledgeable about triglycerides.
