Hi everyone, I haven't been on in a while, there was a big delay in getting my T3, postal service on strike, but thankfully it arrived. I won't received them until Christmas, my friend is coming to me for Christmas and is bringing them down to me when he comes. So I will be starting my T3 then. I know I am to start slowly and have bought a pill cutter. Overall since taking D3, K2 , C, B12, B complex, zinc and mag I am feeling way better than I was, but obviously I still have a bit to go. I will be having bloods done again in Jan, I will wait until I am 6 wks or so if that is enough on T3. So I am looking forward to trying out the T3 to see will it make improvements to my overall wellbeing. So just to stay in touch with you and thank you for the help. ❤️

Nicola I think you need to edit your post to say t3 and not t4.

Hi Piripiri I did not know that, I was afraid to try it Incase customs seize them. Are you sure, the place I ordered them preferred this address in the North of Ireland, . So I went with that...
