My GP has agreed to refer me to a (sympathetic, that's my word, not his) Endoctrinologist and somewhere on the site there's a list of those in London.
NHS Endos in London?: My GP has agreed to refer... - Thyroid UK
NHS Endos in London?
The list you may be referring to is a list Thyroid UK has compiled of private GPs & Endocrinologists which can be obtained by contacting Thyroid U.K. either by emailing info@thyroiduk.org or using this online form thyroiduk.org/about-thyroid...
Often when GP submit referral there is a limited option of where & who you see but you do have a say. Might be worth researching the hospital website & search what doctors are listed.
There always the chance they work for NHS & privately, the treatment they are prepared to offer may differ depending on the setting.
I'm sure I saw a link to an Endo list awhile back.
Fill in and lists are emailed to you
on the list is NHS and private endocrinologists
Suggest you choose one who’s private and nhs
see privately initially and then transfer to NHS
You would be waiting at least a year for NHS consultation and if TSH is within range it’s often refused

You were folate deficient
Are you now taking daily vitamin B complex
As you have Hashimoto’s are you on strictly gluten free/dairy free diet?
Retest FULL Thyroid including antibodies and vitamins before booking any private consultation
do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
