Personally I prefer the mouth sprays. I tried the drop type supplements but you need so many drops I found it very inprecise.

I have been using the Better You mouth spray 3,00iu + K2 but will shortly be trying Bare Biology mouth spray 4,000iu which does have the MK-7 form of K2 which is more active. Probably not the cheapest option but its in oil so a lot more convenient. I'll probably buy the 12 month supply and make a saving on cost.

I’m not sure but is a Vitd3 and MK7 supplement supposed to have a coconut oil? added for better absorption. Has anyone else heard of this,?

Its always recommended to take vit D with an oily meal to aid absorption so if one comes in some form of oil then its a real bonus and you don't have to remember to take it with an oily meal.
