There are only a few probiotics that are validated by doctors to work. Unfortunately they tend to be pretty expensive such as Symprove and VSL #3.

My nutritionist has recommended microgreens which you can grow yourself at home as a prebiotic.

If you have Hashi's have you tried a strictly gluten free diet? You could also try dairy free once you have the hang of gluten free.

Kefir is also very good at balancing gut bacteria. You can make your own either dairy or non dary - water kefir. Many companies also sell different types of kefir.

What are your latest thyroid & vitamin blood results?

I have drunk probiotics and eaten prebiotics before and since diagnosis and I can’t say it has made a difference to energy levels.

I usually buy gluten free oat kefir, but this is getting more difficult to find so I’ve swapped to coco’s organic brand. Many make thier own but I don’t have the energy to do that yet.

Hi, where have you found gluten free oat kefir? In regular supermarkets or specialist health food shops? I’m interested in trying it having failed (so far) in making my own. Thanks 🙏

You can try S. Boulardii - it's a strain of probiotic yeast, and it seems to be one that's well tolerated, also very cheap and doesn't need to be kept in the fridge.
