These results are exactly same as you posted 2 months ago

So presumably are at least 2 months old

2 months ago it was recommended you add daily B12 and 10-14 days later add daily vitamin B complex

Also to try gluten free diet

I was just going to suggest that 😂 Syrupafigs I felt a tonne better while on my lower doses when I introduced the B Complex. You will feel rotten with your B12 and Folate that low, its amazing the difference it makes. Oh and I'll never willingly eat gluten again, I had to introduce for GP's entertainment recently and she agreed - pointless exercise, best off without it. 🌱

I would never eat gluten or dairy again……utterly astonishing the difference

You need to supplement B12 and folate. It is not all about thyroxine.
