Hi I wondered if anyone has used the Inessa advanced biotic complex? i've read that bifidobacterium infantis is good for gas and bloating ( and i have alot of gas!) and the inessa probiotic contains it whereas the one i'm using at the moment which is Time health probiotic doesn't.

If not does anyone have any recommendations?

catpurple7,

I haven't used this make but just had a Google and it looks great. However, I guess its success depends on what is causing the gas and bloating. If you have candida or some other infection, the probiotics could actually end up driving it.

I have no idea what is causing it, i have had bad stomach pains, gas, bloating and diarrhea on and off for a while, i thought it was the iron tablets and a bit too much proccessed foods so i've stopped the iron tablets and the pain seems to have gone but still have gas, bloating and diarrhea 🤷🤔

In a book I'm reading at the moment it says if you are making sulphurous gas or breath and armpits whiff then it is a sign that you are low in molybdenum as you are not dealing with sulphites

Actually I smell of pigs dried and desiccated thyroid gland. It periodically comes on strong and then fades away 🤷‍♀️

What?? That's a very precise pit smell.... possibly one step up from sulphur 😆 Ew.... I can recommend the 'Wild' natural sticks 😁

Even the Pomegranate & Pink Peppercorn isn’t a match for pork scratchings. What flavour lets you down? 😆

Sea salt and cotton... I've not tried the others... what on earth does P & P smell like? I can't conjure up a sense of that, though quite complimentary... peppery pork sounds like a good combo 😋

Don't we?... Sister and I always agreed that one pit always lets the side down and once you'd noticed you tried to keep that arm clamped to your side or away from people which made you act even stranger than normal as usually at a 'best behaviour' event 😏
