Hi Eljii..it could well be, I'm self medicating and should have blood tests done but keep putting off seeing my GP 🙁 Might just add a smidgen more T3 and will have bloods done soon, they've stopped prescribing now until I see them so no choice.

Bloating can be from food sensitivities..if you have hashi's, your gut/immune system is wacked.

look into putting you hashi's into remission and healing your immune system, by healing you gut..google it.

I use Kiki's Body Biotics, and get really bloated if I stop taking them. Not cheap, but some good deals from the same well known internet shopping site. But as you say it's a minefield, and I'm afraid we all just have to keep trying different things till we find what works for us.
