blood results

daughter bloods a week ago and all tests back ok including b12, folate etc but still awaiting T3, T4 and TSH do they normally take longer for result or could there be a problem? Last bloods May so I don’t think too soon and surely they would report a problem?

The NHS usually returns my results around almost same day if not the next day. It may be a reporting delay by your GP. Yo haven;t said when the blood test was but give it a day or two and if you haven't heard anything then chase them up at the surgery.

Will you start a new post with the vitamin results (remember to include lab range for each test) or will you do that once you have the thyroid results?

Most labs are pretty quick. Could be a delay in the GP or Surgery added them to your record. Generally, they advise it can take a week.

If there was a problem, they would make contact. Or rather, they should.

All back except the thyroid ones which is the ones I really want typically

Phone. Usually mine are on my record for me to view within a few days, sometimes a day, once it was over a week as surgery had not yet added it to my record.
