Slinksterd,

It's unlikely to be an absorption issue as TSH is suppressed.  FT4 is often low, sometimes below range, when taking NDT.  Have you advised your endo that you stopped taking Levothyroxine and are self-medicating NDT?

It's important to have FT3 tested when taking NDT or T3 to check FT3 remains within range.  If your GP or endo won't order FT3 can order a private thyroid test from Blue Horizon or Genova via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

Slinksterd,

If FT3 6.48 is within range you aren't biochemically over medicated.  FT3 6.48 is probably high in range which can be too much for some people so if you have symptoms of over medication ie  palpitations, racing heart, fast pulse, hand tremors, moist hands, irritability, anxiety, aggression or diarrhoea, you may want to reduce dose by 1/4 or 1/2 grain.

Slinksterd,

FT3 6.48 is very good so perhaps the symptoms aren't hypo and are related to PBC and Sjogrens.
