Vitamin B complex

I have been yrying to take Thorne Basic B complex for a few weeks now, I cant swallow the big capsules so I tip the powder into yogurts but its not nice so struggling to take it.I saw these drops on the internet but I don't think the strength is as high as the Thorne pills, it says 15 drops a day could I double up on that and take 30 drops a day, I take vit D and K2 as liquid form.

Personally, I wouldn't choose to take B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Good spot 🍄! I've got some of this due to lack of Thorne availability and also thought I could cut back a bit on my dosing 🙄 back to label reading again!

Perhaps it'll have to be Thorne every other day...

It is also oddly non-specific about "folate".

And, for original poster, I wouldn't want to take a double dose.

Oh yes!... their softgels state L-5 methyltetrahydrofolate... maybe just too long for the label!

Yes.. it's a bad assumption though on my part as the soft gels and the liquid are quite different
