B12 recommendation

My B12 level looked OK once I was taking a separate supplement, now I'm on the Bcomplex only I feel it might have dropped again, the OTC brand I was recommended by the endocrinologist was a dissolvable tab full of other rubbish, and i haven't seen a decent one here in Greece, I'd like to order a good supplement online, any recommendations? Ideally one that's available in EU as I have to pay customs fees on anything from UK... although a friend is visiting in Sept so I can get her to bring a bundle for me.
