High TgAb but normal TPO.

On 50mcg levothyroxine. Ordered a Randox test to monitor level. TSH is continuing to decrease and FT4 now in normal, heading to upper ranges.

My TPO levels normal but TgAb is 1200+ when lab ranged are 0 - 115. TPO seems the main level rised in Hashis. Has anyone experienced this?

You are far from the only member who has this situation. And it is why so often it is suggested that both antibodies should be tested.

I have no idea why some have one, some the other, and some both. But it very clearly is the case.
