Retest in another 3-6 months TSH over 2
You need BOTH TPO and Tg thyroid antibodies tested
If both are negative, an ultrasound scan of thyroid

Both antibodies were negative, last thyroid test was in June, so October or November is best to book it then?

So with all these test done, I’m guessing it’s stress and anxiety as everything is coming back normal?

No if it were autoimmune thyroid disease starting ….levels go up and down
Retest in oct/Nov
Stop multivitamins a week before test as presumably contain biotin
Multivitamins not recommended on here anyway. Most contain iron, should take unless needed. Your ferritin is quite high
And iodine in multivitamin not recommended unless tested and found to be low

I stopped all vitamins a week before in Julys test. I thought 200 is good as it’s in the middle?

Well you need to get full iron panel test done
Iron could be higher than ferritin
Medichecks iron panel test
Test early morning, fasting, don’t eat iron rich meal night before test
