It looks good to me. No alcohol or sugar either, easy to adjust dose.

Looks like it works out at a fraction cheaper than the Better You spray with D3+K2.

Depending on how much D3 you need, take into account the amount of K2 you get.

1 spray = 1,000iu D3 + 50mcg K2-MK7.

It's recommended that 90-100mcg K2-MK7 is enough for up to 10,000iu D3. So anyone needing 2,000iu gets the right amount of K2-MK7, anyone taking more gets more that the recommended amount of Vit K2-MK7.

I’m trying to find one that gives me 1000 iu of vitamin D ..so is this one balanced enough?

It gives a bit less K2-MK7 than is recommended. I take mine separately to get the right amounts.

I take Doctor's Best D3 softgels and Vegavero all trans K2-MK7. My maintenance dose of D3 is 5,000iu daily. The K2-MK7 is 200mcg capsules so I take one alternate days. Doctors Best do other dosages for D3.

If you took 2,000iu D3 you would get the recommended amount of K2-MK7 and if you only want 1,000iu D3 then take 2,000iu alternate days.
