Vitamin Recommendations

I have been taking Vitabay Liquid K2 MK7 for some time and quite like it, but it seems to be unavailable at the moment (possibly discontinued )

Any suggestions for a substitute please.

Also I have been taking Nutri Advance Magnesium glycinate which seems to suit me, but the tablets are huge and I have to bite them into 4!!

. Does anyone know of anything smaller please :)

Thank you.

I like these, they are capsules and not big at all. In fact I have just reordered and they’ll be here today.

It's available on Ebay: ebay.co.uk/itm/Vitabay-Vita...

Or you could take the Vitabay K2-MK7 tablets instead, same all trans form like the liquid, that's what I take.

Oops I didn't think to look on eBay! But I like the idea of tablets too so I will take a look at those.

I've used both and decided to stay with the tablets simply because I couldn't count the drops as I was using it - 3 drops needed for 100mcg - unless I stood in front of a mirror (I know, sad 🙄).

If you use the tablets, don't forget you need to take them with some dietary fat, either the fattiest meal of the day or chunk of cheese, full fat yogurt, etc. Also, don't take at the same time as other fat soluble vitamins as they will compete for the fat to be absorbed (fat soluble vits are A, D, E, K).

I like Epsilon.Life magnesium glycinate. They are capules and not nearly so big as others I have had in the past. I bought my last supply from Amazon.
