Hello everybody, I am taking NP thyroid by Acela.
It doesn't make me feel any better.
Still have hypo symptoms.
Can anyone share the experience with me about NP thyroid?

Hi Dgoebel, welcome to the forum.
If NP thyroid isn't helping you, perhaps you're just not taking enough. How much are you taking? Do you have a copy of your latest blood test results? If so, post them - results and ranges - and people will be better able to help you.
How long have you been on it?
For whatever reason, I didn't do well on NP Thyroid. I just couldn't get the dose stable. I did great on NatureThroid until it went out of production. My bloodwork was all over the place on NP Thyroid. I was on it for about a year and the ups and downs were very obvious.
I am now early days on a combo of levothyroxine and T3. I am still symptomatic and test in a week. I hope it shows I need an increase because although some things are better, there is lots of room for improvement. I cleaned out my car yesterday, which was an improvement from a few weeks ago. I do think I am a bit crankier and hope that will resolve over time.
I am taking 2 grains a day. When I tried to increase, it got my heart going very fasr
NP Thyroid would send my T3 way high (over range) and my T4 way low (below range). I think I do better when I have a T4 well up in the range. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster. I don't recall having heart palpitations, but I just did not feel well on it. Some people love it, but I don't think it is the one for me. I tried Armour as well and I had the same reaction. Why I felt good on NatureThroid and not the other NDT, I have no idea. Now I am waiting to get to my sweet spot with the T3/T4 combination. I am only on 50mcg of T4 and 5mcg of T3, so very low doses. I have "moments" where I feel a little better, but overall I am still struggling. I hope my endo will work with me and not pronounce me "normal" based only on blood test results.
I take vitamin D3 as well. My ferritin levels are very good, so that is not an issue.
Do you have any blood results with this dose? Too low or too high of a dose can cause heart palpitations. Did you increase quickly or did you slowly move up? Palpitations can be from either too high or too low. I have palpitations in the morning, but not the rest of the day. My worse symptoms is brain fog, fatigue, and some shoulder and jaw pain.
