Maybe you are increasing too quickly.

Maybe increase by 1/4 grain each time rather than 1/2 grain.

i did notice that on the 45 they are not as dry, but i feel very tired and jumpy anxious/panicky on the lower dose. So I assumed is not enough, I don't know what to do. The dr will not test me yet, she said to wait for 6 weeks. I did ask to try wp thyroid, maybe I will not react way to that one.

My eyes were so sore I had use artificial tears and my one eye looked swollen and twitched, I got the optician to check them for TED ... strangely enough they are fine now and I no longer have blurred vision.

Me! :)

But the brand of NDT I'm on is slightly different.

I've been experiencing dry eyes, mouth, nose, hair, etc. since starting Naturethroid a couple of years ago. Thinking of phasing it out for mostly T4 with some synthetic T3, since I have no thyroid.

How are you doing? Have your symptoms improved at all?

Hi, I tried Armour Thyroid for a couple months and although my energy and mood improved slightly, my skin became very dry and I had a psoriasis flare. I’m back on Tirosint and feeling okay, still a bit irritable and depressed, skin slighly better but still dry. It’s such a frustrating journey to find the right medication with the best outcome and least side effects. I empathize . I’m still working on it. Good luck!

Although perfectly reasonable to do so, you might not realise you have replied to a four year old reply on a five year old thread.
