Im going to increase my levo from 75mcg to 100mcg every other day hoping my ft4 will improve. However I need to provide a nhs blood test for my gp first,.Blood test app. On 15.05.23,so not long to wait. My query is, does low ft4 cause fluctuating heart rate/palpitations? Theyre not constant but I'm noticing them a bit more.
At the moment im taking, 75mcg Teva levothyroxine with 5mcg T3, first thing, then 10mcg T3 1pm. Any advice would be most welcome 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

A lowish FT4 has caused me all sorts of issues including poor sleep, terrible hair condition/dryness, low heart rate etc and for sure heart flutters are a hypo symptom.
75 Levo + 15 T3 is a relatively low combination. Many I see here are on 100-125mcgs Levo alongside their T3.
Hi, thank you for your prompt reply. Ok, so I think im on the right ght track upping my levo, thanks again to this fabulous forum. I dont really want to split my levo, so as suggested on this forum, I'm going to try 100mcg every other day to start, then retest 8 weeks time. Then increase again if necessary. Just have to convince my gp to alter prescription.
