My go to diet was this one by Izabella Wentz. It’s expensive to follow but I found cheap alternatives to most things. (And what price health huh… we are all resigned to that).

There is also a podcast called Thyroid Bites by Hypothroid chef which is good. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podca...

edit… oh and Dr Sarah Myhill’s website for paleo-ketogenic diet, I do the paleo bit but ketosis doesn’t suit me (eventually mental health declines). 🌱
