Very Low TSH but symptoms much better.

I have hypothyroidism (Hasimotos), diagnosed in June 2020 and prescribed Levo (currently on 100/75 mcg alternate days, until June 2022 when 2x5 Lio was added daily. Below are my latest blood results and I'm hoping one of you kind and knowledgable people might be able to give me some guidance.

Firstly, are my vitamin levels optimal? I should probably stop taking B12 as it is way over the range and Ferritin could be better. Vitamin D and Folate look okay to me.

Secondly, I started Lio in June 2022 and my thyroid levels have changed significantly since they were last tested in October 2022. Is it unusual to have such a huge increase in T3 and T4 levels over a 6 month period? Could it take that long for my body to respond to T3?

The TSH looks suppressed and I'm concerned the endo will want to lower my dose. I'm feeling good on this dose though have some peripheral symptoms (burning feet, painful forearm - I wonder if these might be caused by the excess B12) but I'm sleeping better than I have in years and my cholesterol levels have dropped from 7.6 in Feb 2021 to 5.5 in Oct 22 to 4.8 in the current test.

Any insights would be very much appreciated.

How is your selenium? Need that to convert T4 to T3 aka usable thyroid Hormone

I don’t have results for selenium. It wasn’t tested. I take a selenium supplement (200 and 364% of RI) daily.

I'd not want to take more than 100 micrograms of selenium - except for a short period when starting it, or if expressly advised.

When people post about the feeling of burning, especially of feet, I quite often post this link.

It is getting on a bit but nonetheless it does give an overview of the causes of burning feet.

My experience was I was not converting , so that was my issue that is why I am so sensitive to that issue. Ask your practitioner . I trusted mine and I learned a very sad lesson, but that isn't everyone's experience. Good wishes and nice day!

B12 is a water soluble vitamin, the body will dispose it through urine and it shouldn't cause you any issues. My B12 is higher than that and I still supplement. Glad you are feeling well, let s hope it keeps up!

I can't comment on your peripheral symptoms, they may be caused by something other than hashi/hypo. I've never heard of these being hypo symptoms.

Research Pantothenic acid it is a B5 vitamin and deficiency sometimes results in burning feet. Maybe your other b vits need attention as excess of one can affect others.
