should we be avoiding fluoride in toothpaste (it’s not added to Welsh Wayer tap supplies) or has that ship sailed by the time we are diagnosed?

Not asking re - pregnancy, my two little dyslexic darlings happened 21 and 19 years ago, (in Thames Water region) before I knew any of this.
