You have a perfect RBC count and absolutely no sign of any type of anaemia.
However, given your previous serum blood Vit B12 levels showed as under range, if this were me I would be asking for an 'Active Vit B12" test to eliminate deficiency, so preventing any future anaemic tendencies.
Some NHS will do this (I had it done) but as your folate isn't under range you might have to pay for a private test.
If the Active VitB12 is low NICE guidelines advise for intrinsic factor and parietal cell antibodies, MMA and homocysteine to be tested on the NHS. This will highlight any inability to absorb Vit B12 via the gut and also offer true folate status.
