Blood test results

I have not posted for awhile but I had blood work do e on Aug 22 and again on Jan 20/23. I have a few;concerns about the results and would appreciate some advise as my new dr is a bit of a quack. He has absolutly no concerns with any of my results.

Aug results TSH 0.27 (0.35-5.00), Free T3 4.2 (3.4-5.9), Free T4 19 (11-23). Ferritin 159(12-287)

Jan 23 results TSH 1.19(0.35-5.00), Free T3 3.4. (3.4-5.9), Free T4 15 (11-23). Ferritin 82(12-287)

Folic Acid 35.2(above 8.8), Iron 23 (6-27) Vitamin B12 1177 (above 220). My blood test was done before 9am and I did not take my levothryoxine 75mcg that morning. Should I be concerned with the level of my Free T3 and my tsh. Any advice you have to offer would be appreciated.

FT4: 15 pmol/l (Range 11 - 23)

Ft4 only 33.33% through range

FT3: 3.4 pmol/l (Range 3.4 - 5.9)

Ft3 terrible at 0.00%

Results show you need 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine

Also poor conversion of Ft4 to Ft3

Likely to need addition of T3 prescribed alongside levothyroxine after next blood test

No vitamin D result
