HCI & D3 timing

I read on this community to take Vit D3 4hrs after NDT. I just started HCI and want to know, if there is a time frame to take the HCI in relation to the D3 Because it is fat soluble I, only, take my D3 1x/wk (week's worth) so it will be an issue once a week. Those who take HCI know you have to consume it w/a meal and D3 has to be taken w/a fatty meal.

Thank you & Happy 2023!!

is your D3 in tablet form or drops/spray? I think the timing gap is only related to absorption in the GI tract, so the drops/spray makes that simpler. I would have my HCL with a meal and D3 drops anytime afternoon/evening. I don’t worry about it being with a fatty meal.

also should mention K2 and magnesium l, are you on it with those? to ensure D3 works effectively and delivers calcium to the bones rather than arteries. 🦋💚🦋

Thanks - I use gel capsules for D3 &, yes I do take the K2 - learned that on this site, also. Magnesium - check I've stayed away from the D3 after late morning as I've read it has an impact on the circadian clock & could cause sleep issues. Don't need that!

Sounds good, yes D3 is afternoon evenings for me and magnesium before bedtime. Enjoy your coffee 🤗
