So I got my thyroid test results. Taking 75 mg one day 100mg the next. The GP only gave me 75. I stopped the meds three days before the test. Just to be safe. As I'm not waiting for the gp to catch up with my body. It took over a year for them to give.me.75 from the 50 dosage and only when I requested. Anyway the results are tsh 0.62 ft4 15.5. theyve said to continue with the 75 mg

If you stopped your Levo 3 days before the test then noone can really tell too much for the result. You also need an FT3 test result for an educated coment or recmmendation. Are you able to do a Medichecks or Monitormy Health blood test?
Contact GP to get more 100mcg tablets but in the mean time you can cut yours into 3rds and use those.

I'm feeling better than was. But hair still disaster it's the only thing I care about.
Ankles have no fluid in them hardly any mire.
But legs still have mucin around thighs and knees and calves
Feel warmer less constipated. Lots of little improvements. Biggest improvement I notice is probably the swelling/mucin
Some improvements from Levo can take months but if you have low vitamin levels then they may contribute to your hair issues. When you post results then the range of the blood test (in brackets after the number) you always need to post as they vary from lab to lab.
so you need to retest correctly and include Ft3

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested
If not had vitamins tested recently, include testing these as well
Last dose levothyroxine should be 24 hours before test

Taking vit d and k2 spray daily. iron Galfer tablets every week. B12 I inject and I take high strength folate tablet. Also take magnesium.
I don't know if this is of any help but when my hair just kept fall out and I was doing all the supplements you mention I started taking some amino acid complex as I wasn't getting much protein due to stomach issues..... after a week I noticed a lot less hair falling out and what is left has perked up!
