Third trimester test results

I am on 125 mcg levothyroxine, and just had my test results for week 35 of pregnancy.

I took my test result before having my medication first thing in the morning.

My TSH was at 3.34, and T4 at 11.2

Is this ok?

I don't know about the FT4 because you haven't given a range - ranges are always needed because they vary from lab to lab - but your TSH is far too high. It is saying that you are still hypo. If you were optimally 'medicated' it would come down to 1 or under.
