blood results

hi

I have recently had thyroid blood results - I was previously taking 50mg levothyroxine and 10mg t3 without much success and continued fatigue and diggings, muscle twitching and weight issues and have been switched to 2 NDT per day so hoping for some better results. My results were as follows if anyone could shed some light on them.

T3 4.6
