Thyroid medicine and supplemets schedule

Hello!

I’m taking quite a few supplements now and I’m not sure about the best schedule for them. I’ve read a few posts regarding them but I need a personalized schedule.

I’m currently taking 125mcg levothyroxine, 20mcg liothyronine split in 2 doses, calcium+alfacalcidol 2 times daily, probiotic, folate, vit D3+K2, iron and magnesium. I know a few of them are not supposed to be close to one another (such as calcium or iron and thyroid medication), so what is the best schedule for all of these? I’m open to taking levothyroxine and liothyronine at night, but what time would that be and how much time after the magnesium?

If someone with more knowledge about supplements knows, any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Ok, I realize that’s a lot of supplements. But I’m thinking that moving my thyroid medication to the evening would help, so I could start with that. So any ideas on how to start and about what time to take it (given that it needs to be away from magnesium). What about the second dose of liothyronine, when should I take that?
