NDT gives me a sore/dry throat

Hello kind people,

Wondered if anyone could give insight into NDT giving me a dry/sore throat. I’ve been ignoring it, but it recurs, particularly after I change my dose (up or even down).

Concerned that this is some type of autoimmune response. I will measure antibodies to find out for sure, but wondered if anyone could relate in the meantime.

could it be a gut issue? Something in the change of dose affecting how your gut functions thereby reducing or increasing stomach acid leading to some reflux affecting throat

thank you for your reply, and that is a great suggestion. I’m going to stick with it and hopefully if your theory is right my stomach acid will improve as I get better treated ☺️

I get a sore/scratchy throat when my NDT dosage is too low. It’s one of the indicators I need to bump up my dosage.

I also get fluid retention in my face, abdomen, hands and feet, and can get sore shoulder and back muscles when I am suboptimal.
