So, I've had one period in the last 5 months. Do I wait until my next ent appointment or see my GP. Is there a test to screen for peri-menopause (I'm 43)?
It stopped when I was put down to 75 levo, came back for one month when i was put back up to 100 levo and I'm now on 125 two days a week and 100 the rest of the week (TSH was 0.4 at that point and endo says to aim for 0.2). My next blood test is on 20/9.
My weight is creeping up, now 11st and i have little energy amongst many other symptoms so I feel under medicated.

Regarding peri menopause information , it may be useful to have a look at Dr Louise Newson’s free Balance App, as I find it really useful for investigating symptom, comparing medications & having up to date research articles. There is also an ability to post questions.healthunlocked.com/redirect...
As you’re still under 45, yes I’d contact my GP. I did so after 3 months when I was also 43. I think it’s under NICE guidelines to investigate through tests. They can test LH, FH and maybe prolactin. They might also test oestradiol.
