So this is the first time I have ever done this so I apologise if this isn't worded well.
I have recently had some blood tests done, as I am feeling tired, lack of energy some days worse than others, achy knees all the time, and just all round lethargic.
I have been told by the doctors that all my results are all normal and all fine.
My thyroid was tested and I only had T4 and TSH done which apparently is all I needed to test, but I thought I would also neede T3 but the doctors won't do it as they said it really isn't necessary.
I hope this all makes sense,
really I just want to get to the bottom of why am I feeling like this and is there anything the doctors may have not noticed with the tests I have had.
Thank you.

Hiya, thank you for your reply. I am 30 years old. I do have regular periods sometimes heavy sometimes not much and not for long.
I shall definitely request this thank you. These tests were done about mid morning, and I had eaten some breakfast and had a coffee a couple of hours before.
Thank you. I will hopefully be able to get this done. I also had my Haemoglobin tested and I have the results of that, would that be of any help? Many thanks
Eating iron rich foods like liver or liver pate once a week plus other red meat, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate, plus daily orange juice or other vitamin C rich drink can help improve iron absorption
Never supplement iron without doing full iron panel test for anaemia first and retest 3-4 times a year if self supplementing. It’s possible to have low ferritin but high iron
