When should i take magnesium on NDT?

Hi all I well aware of taking magnesium 4 hours after taking levothyroxine and NDT. My usual combo dose of levo and NDT was taken each morning....magnesium four hours later. Now I take levo only in the morning and NDT in the afternoon. Question is: How long after dose of magnesium can I dose with NDT?

Treat NDT the same as Levo, both contain T4.

Magnesium tends to be calming so to avoid sleepiness in the daytime, at work or on your commute home, it's best to take magnesium in the evening. I take mine before bed.

Yes Susie, I take magnesium glycinate at night due to calming effects. But prior to taking NDT in the afternoon, I also took a different type of magnesium during the day. So I am caught in the middle between levo in the morning and NDT in the afternoon and not knowing when to take daytime magnesium. Would taking magnesium 4 hours before NDT be a ok or not? As long as there is 4 hours either side it's OK.
