Does Vit D oral spray need to be taken 2 hrs from Levo?

Hi, after recent tests, advice here and speaking to GP I’m on a loading dose of Vit D. (2000Iu) I bought the better you D3K2 oral spray and am wondering what the best timing would be? I’ve read for tablets/capsules a 2 hour gap is optimal but is that the same for oral sprays (into inner cheek)?

In 2 weeks I’ll introduce magnesium lotion and 4 weeks a folate supplement.

Any experience/guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks 🙏😊🙏

For tablets and capsules it's four hours away from thyroid hormone! But, anything that goes in via the skin you can use at any time, because it won't meet up with the hormone in the gut. That's the problem, getting it through the gut into the blood without encountering anything that will affect its absorption. :)
