Test results bone profile high phosphorus

So after thinking I had hyperparathyroidism I did a bone profile blood test through vitall. My results are below. What could be the cause of high phosphorus? Could it simply be to do with diet? As for the last 10 weeks I’ve ate chicken everyday and up to 600g of chicken for protein. Should I get my PTH checked that it’s now not low?

600g of protein a day? Or a week?

600g of chicken. My daily protein intake at the moment is 200g a day.

600 g of chicken a day, then. Is this a gym-related diet?

Yes it is. I started 11 weeks ago.
