Help with Lab Results

Hi, I’m looking for feedback regarding these labs. I feel tired a LOT, hungry and a bit anxious. I have gained a few pounds. I feel like I have hyper and hypo symptoms.

TSH: 0.305 (.4-4.5) LOW

T3: 2.6 (2-4.4)

T4: 1.25 (0.82-1.77)

I take 1/2 a 5mcg liothyronine tab at 6am and 2pm. I take 88mcg Tirosint at night. Bloodwork done at noon. What should I do medication wise? Does it make sense to increase t$ meds and decrease t3 dose?
