Hi, I’m looking for feedback regarding these labs. I feel tired a LOT, hungry and a bit anxious. I have gained a few pounds. I feel like I have hyper and hypo symptoms.
TSH: 0.305 (.4-4.5) LOW
T3: 2.6 (2-4.4)
T4: 1.25 (0.82-1.77)
I take 1/2 a 5mcg liothyronine tab at 6am and 2pm. I take 88mcg Tirosint at night. Bloodwork done at noon. Please help! Thank you

Lots of members get a combination of hyper and hypo like symptoms if thyroid medication &/ or key vitamin levels are not optimal.
Forum advice is to get the earliest possible time for a thyroid blood test & have only water prior to the test. Also ensure that last Levothyroxine dose is 24 hours before the blood draw and last dose of T3 is 8 hours before.
I’m just checking your dosage timings prior to the test as your T3 is very low in the range. Also, have you tested key vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and Vit D)? Having these optimal really helps, but please don’t supplement before testing levels first.
My doctor wouldn't allow me to add on any other tests I'm searching for a new doctor now. Should I make changes to current meds based on test results? Or wait until I can get everything checked at once?
I think I would test key vitamins, then Increase Liothyronine by another 2.5mcg per day initially. Hopefully your new doctor will be supportive of this increase.
