FT3 was included when you posted results 3 months ago. Have you had another test since then and if so was it just FT3 or TSH and FT4 as well?
Both FT4 and FT3 are too low in range for most people and I expect they're too low for you to feel well. You need increase in Levo which will increase FT4 and FT3 should increase as well.
Your ferritin levels are pretty dire—17. Is your doctor investigating for iron deficiency anaemia, or put you on iron tablets at all?

Your GP is not following clear guidelines on treating your obvious iron deficiency

Request/insist on a referral to endocrinologist of your choice
I'm in Liverpool but when tests come back it just says in normal range thank you for replying x
Your ferritin is deficient

In all people, a serum ferritin level of less than 30 micrograms/L confirms the diagnosis of iron deficiency

Palpitations and heart issues more likely due to being under medicated
Heart needs good Ft3 levels
Was test done early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
FT4: 15.4 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22)
Ft4 is only 34.00% through range
FT3: 3.8 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8)
Ft3 is only 18.92% through range
Helpful calculator for working out percentage through range
Most people when adequately treated on levothyroxine will have Ft4 at least 60-70% through range
And Ft3 minimum 50% through range
You’re under medicated on just 75mcg levothyroxine
Request 12.5mcg dose increase in levothyroxine to 87.5mcg daily (cutting 25mcg tablet in half)
