You posted these exact same results 3 months ago here and had many helpful replies interpreting your results and making suggestions:

There's not really anything else we can say as it's all been said :)

FT3 was included when you posted results 3 months ago. Have you had another test since then and if so was it just FT3 or TSH and FT4 as well?

Both FT4 and FT3 are too low in range for most people and I expect they're too low for you to feel well. You need increase in Levo which will increase FT4 and FT3 should increase as well.

Thank you I don't think the the doctor will increase my levo but I will ask him again,he wanted to reduce it to 50 because of age and heart problems your most kind to reply so quickly x

Your ferritin levels are pretty dire—17. Is your doctor investigating for iron deficiency anaemia, or put you on iron tablets at all?

Please reread replies

Your GP is not following clear guidelines on treating your obvious iron deficiency

Can you make an appointment with different GP

Try a female GP

Email Thyroid U.K. for list of recommended thyroid specialist endocrinologist and doctors

Some are NHS

tukadmin@thyroiduk.org

Roughly where in U.K. are you?

When you see or speak to GP

Ask for dose increase in levothyroxine

And for your anaemia to be treated

Request/insist on a referral to endocrinologist of your choice

Your ferritin is deficient

cks.nice.org.uk/topics/anae...

In all people, a serum ferritin level of less than 30 micrograms/L confirms the diagnosis of iron deficiency

Click on the link Print these guidelines out and request GP do full iron panel test for anaemia

Palpitations and heart issues more likely due to being under medicated

Heart needs good Ft3 levels

Was test done early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

FT4: 15.4 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22)

Ft4 is only 34.00% through range

FT3: 3.8 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8)

Ft3 is only 18.92% through range

Helpful calculator for working out percentage through range

thyroid.dopiaza.org

Most people when adequately treated on levothyroxine will have Ft4 at least 60-70% through range

And Ft3 minimum 50% through range

You’re under medicated on just 75mcg levothyroxine

Request 12.5mcg dose increase in levothyroxine to 87.5mcg daily (cutting 25mcg tablet in half)
