I got some Thyroid-s ndt and I would like to take with levo but I don't know exactly how to combine them. I know that I feel more human on ndt . The last time when I took it I had more energy and a good mood but I gained weight and my knees, ankles hurt and I had to take painkillers pills. I think there's too much t3 in them. So I'm thinking of taking it differently this time.
Now I take 125 levo and t3 and I don't feel well.
I would like to decrease to 100 levo + some ndt and keep the t3 dose. I don't know how much ndt to replace the 25 levo dose.
I thought about a 1/4 dose in the morning and 1/4 in the afternoon.
It's ok?

Adin why are you considering adding another complication to your dosing? You will really muddle things by adding ndt.My advice would be to decide what you want to be on. Your options are ndt and levo, ndt and T3 or levo and t3.
Taking a dose of levo, doses of t3 and then adding in additional levo and additional t3 as contained in the thyroid s will make it impossible to know how to alter doses or what is causing symptoms. Don't do it.
I understand that but if I take only ndt my ft4 droping below range and I'm feeling low and I gain weight. If I take only synthetic (levo +t3) again I'm fell like a robot (not me). So, I decide to combine them.
I take NDT and it works well but is won't suit everyone the ratio for NDT is 4 : 1for a pig. A human's ratio is around 10:1. Levo 100 mcg and T3 10. It depends on the person.
If you take half of NDT that is about 4.5 mcg per day. The trouble is mixing these up when you don't know exactly how much Levo you are converting,
