Hello, slight misunderstanding at the doc means they only gave me the thyroid blood test result instead of a full panel, but here it is from December 2021:
TSH 0.25 (Range 0.35 - 5.00)
Free T4 12.7 (Range 9.0 - 21.0
It's marked *ABNORMAL* in bold caps. I was told it was 'fine'. Diagnosed 13 years, I take 100 levothyroxine daily. Full thyroid tests next week with Blue Horizon.
Any thoughts/comments?

It's marked abnormal because your TSH is below range. I think you were told it was fine because the GP who looked at your results decided he/she wasn't worried about your TSH being a bit below range, and your FT4 obviously is not telling them you're overmedicated because it's so low in it's range.
I wouldn't give it another thought. Wait and see what your BH results are like.
