The Dr was saying I am borderline and that something else is going on. Shes asked the local Hospital to book me in for all sorts of tests. She says I look really unwell. What do you guys reckon to these readings. Sorry one is a photo and the other is typed. Ive not got a digital copy. Just a printout

Is your GP thinking borderline hypERthyroid? Well you can't be, you have a diagnosis of hypOthyroidism and on Levo so your thyroid can't suddenly start over producing thyroid hormone.
You may possibly be overmedicated (which is very different from hypERthyroidism) but you wont know that unless FT3 is also tested.
Also, you have to take into account when you took your last dose of Levo. If you took it before your test you will have a false high FT4 result, we have to leave 24 hours between last dose of Levo and blood draw.
I don't know what "unbalanced feeling" is supposed to mean I'm afraid. I would get full thyroid testing to include FT3, that's the only way you'll know if you're overmedicated.
Dizziness/lack of balance sounds like low T3 to me - I'm not on T3 but when I'm not taking enough Levothyroxine I get dizziness/poor balance. Especially when I get up out of bed - I have to hold on to the furniture/walls to stay upright!
