I have read plenty in older posts about interference and wanted some help to figure out which stuff can go together and which needs spacing out..
I take these:
- Levo 50mcg
- Vitamin D 4,000 IU drops
- Folic Acid 5mg
- Myo Inositol
- Berberine 1g - 1.5g (this is new and I'm planning to take 500mg 2-3 times a day depending on how many meals I have, a bit like metformin, just instead of).
Which of these is a problem together?
Ps. I tend to switch my Levo between late at night or early morning

As a general rule it is leave 2 hours between supplements and levo. The exception to this is magnesium which is 4 hours gap.Check your vit d as it may have added magnesium.
Any type of iron, they definitely recommend at least 4 hours apart from thyroid medication. Personally, for ALL other supplements, I try to take at the opposite end of the day. For instance, I’ve been taking Armour in the morning and supplements I start from the afternoon on.
