Hello,

Please could I get some feedback on my BH fingerprick test. I didn't take levo (usually 125mcg) or supplements before the test which I did early. I'm supplementing magnesium, b12, vit D and B complex.

How do you feel?

As you're supplementing, did you also test Vit D, Folate and Ferritin?

My b12, vit D and ferritin are on the low side so I am supplementing them- I posted my most recent result here and PA to get feedback on those. I just wanted to check I'm medicated correctly for thyroid so I can cross that one off the list of thing that may me making me feel rough.

I have very little energy, struggle to focus, mood swings, unsociable, some joint pain but what's bothering me most is headaches all the time.

Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking Do you always get same brand

Many people find Teva brand especially can upset/cause headaches

Are you still on strictly gluten free diet

What are your most recent vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 results and ranges

I am on Teva, been on that brand for a long while.

Bloods from end of Jan/Feb:

IFab- negative

Serum B12 186 (187-883)

Holo-T 35.1 (>34 normal)

Folate 5.9 (2.7-15)

Vit D 28 (50-120)

Ferritin 43 (23-300)

Folate 5.9 (2.7-15)

I am still completely gluten free and otherwise eat a variety of stuff including red meat, eggs etc.
