I had a full thyroid panel blood test privately and just had the results as below
FT4 18.4 (11.5 - 22.7)
FT3 5.8 (3.5 - 6.5)
TSH 5.04 (0.6 - 4.8)
Anti-TPO Postive
Anti-TPO levels >1300 kU/L (n/a - 60.00 kU/L)
Melio advise to follow up with my GP /endocrine specialist. As my current levels are within normal range for the NHS except for my anti-TPO does this point towards Hashimotos? And will they start treating me even if my other levels aren't sky high? Anyone else have experience with this?

I do yes, hair loss, joint pains, weight gain, awful dry skin on my eyes, ear canal and scalp, severe fatigue, brain fog, low mood, low libido, itchy skin at night and swollen tongue.
I had my vitamins checked, all was normal except folate and vitamin D which I'm taking supplements for. I'm also taking amitriptyline for pain (I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and I'm taking ADHD medication.
The test was taken midmorning.
The GP confirmed I have subclinical hypothyroidism with Hashimotos but won't treat me until my FT4/FT3 are abnormal. Is this right? I thought the reason why they won't treat subclinical thyroidism was because it can get better on its own, but if its autoimmune won't this just get worse? I'm already really struggling as it is.
