Wow, those are very difficult to read. Did you just copy and paste and all formatting lost?
Can you please help those members who want to help you and edit your post (click on MORE below your post then click on EDIT to make changes). Please put basic information for each test on one line, ie - Test name, result, (reference range in brackets), eg
B12: 531 ng/L [197 - 771]
