Vitamins and blood tests

Good morning,

A very quick question. How long do I have to stop taking vitamins containing biotin before a thyroid blood panel please? Also how long do you stop taking Vitamins prior to a vitamin blood test for example Vit D and B12 etc.

Any supplements with biotin in stop 5-7 days before testing ….eg vitamin B complex

Stop vitamin D and B12 day before

If taking iron supplements, and testing iron levels stop iron a week before test and do fasting test early morning
