Today I attempted to gather blood for my first private blood test having failed miserably in my first attempt to get enough blood, Medichecks sent another test.
So I read all seasidesusies tips, hydradrated, bowl of warm water, jogged around my little bungalow.
Ready and prepared I stuck the little lancet in and still struggled to get enough. Determined not to be beaten I stood in the lounge swinging my arm windmill style around a few times. This did the trick…………standby there’s more!
Went out walked the dogs, came home an hour later and sat down with a lovely hot coffee. I looked to my left out of the window and noticed a little red speck on my window sill. 🧐what’s this I thought? Wiped it with my finger and realised that yes, you’ve guessed it my blood 🩸. I looked around the newly painted pale grey lounge with a growing realisation of horror/amusement. My Farrow and Ball Elephants Breath was now splashed with speaks of 🩸 on two walls!!!!! 😂🤦♀️
