Advice on latest results please

Dear members,

These are my latest results on 100mcg T4 and 10mcg of T3. Bloods taken as per previous advice on here at 9am. I stopped taking b complex for a week before the test.

TSH 0.01 (0.27-4.2)

FT4 18 (12-22)

FT3 5.97 (2.8-7.1)

I increased 3 months ago from 75/100 alternate days. I’m still working on getting my b12 and ferritin higher.

They look good. FT3 is 73.73% through range, FT4 is 60%. For me (on combo also) that would be pretty good. How do you feel?

Hi Seaside Susie.

Thank you for replying. Yes, I am feeling a whole lot better. I definitely have better energy and so many symptoms have improved. I can’t believe I’ve actually made it to a good dose.

I’m eating liver twice a week to improve my ferritin and b12. I’ve had some problems with headaches and I’ve been told it’s because my b12 needs to be a lot better.
