Had a blood test recently got results back like 2 weeks ago but still no phone from doctors! Just wondering if anyone can have a look at them for me pls and help me understand them better?
Also does anyone know if on an X-ray where it says ‘the lung volumes are preserved’ is that good or bad?

Your Red Blood Cell Count (RBC) and Haemoglobin (Hb) are slightly over the range. According to the link above :
increased when too many made and with fluid loss due to diarrhoea, dehydration, burns
Since I know nothing about you I couldn't say which of these might apply. But if you had the blood taken first thing in the morning before eating and drinking anything then dehydration would be the most likely reason for the high results, and is a common finding in this kind of test.
Mean Cell Volume (MCV) Your result is 59% of the way through the range. MCV tells you the average size of your red blood cells, and can be helpful in cases of low iron, B12 or Folate. Since yours is fairly close to mid-range I don't think it is being helpful here.
Apart from the RBC and Hb your results are all well in range. There is no obvious evidence of anaemia or nutrient deficiencies.
If anaemia is something you worry about then you might find this link of interest for future reference :
