I got a ANA blood test in Nov/Dec, as I wanted to get the ball rolling with a long term health concern (not thyroid). Unknown to myself, a TPO was also included in this test, which came back at >500. After reading further and recommendations on here, I got thyroid function tests as the next step. I have got the results and I understand they have all come back normal (TSH 2.18, Free T4 16.6, Free T3 4.9). I'm not really sure what I expected or what to do next, if anyone with more knowledge or experience could advise, that would be greatly appreciated, as I am really new to this. Thank you for reading.

Thank you. I was told to start taking folate for 3 months in Nov, as bloods came back low for this. I take Vitamin D everyday. Would it still be likely to have Hashimotos with only the TPO high?
